This page explains what prpapparel.com collects, why, and how to get it removed. It covers this website only. If you have asked us for a quote by email or WhatsApp, that correspondence is covered by the same retention and deletion rules described below.
Who we are
Prophesy Apparel (PRP) is an apparel manufacturer in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, operating since 2015. For privacy questions, use the form on our contact page and write “Privacy” in the message. We answer within five working days.
What we collect
1. What you type into our forms
Our contact and quote forms ask for your name, email address, and your enquiry. Phone number and company name are optional. We use this only to answer you and to quote your order. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list from a form submission.
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and emailed to us. We keep them for 24 months, then delete them. If an enquiry becomes an order, the commercial record is kept for seven years because Chinese accounting rules require it.
2. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It records the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level, from your IP address), your device and browser, and how you arrived. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we have not enabled Google Signals or ad personalisation.
Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_SYCG0FWXZB, which last two years. You can refuse them — see our cookie policy.
3. Server logs
Our host records every request: IP address, time, page, and browser string. These logs are kept for about 30 days and are used for security and fault-finding. We do not use them to track individuals.
4. What we do not do
No payments are taken on this website. We do not ask for card numbers, bank details, or identity documents through this site, and we never will. If a page claiming to be ours asks for those, it is not ours — tell us.
We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or social media trackers.
Who else sees your data
| Google (Analytics) | Visit statistics. Data is processed on Google’s servers outside China. |
| Google (Gmail / FluentSMTP) | Delivers form notifications to our inbox. |
| Namecheap (hosting) | Runs the server and holds the database and logs. |
| GTranslate | Translates pages in your browser. It does not receive your form data. |
We do not share enquiries with other manufacturers, agents, or trading companies. Fabric mills and trim suppliers we quote on your behalf are told the specification, not your contact details, unless you ask us to introduce you.
Where your data goes
Our server is outside mainland China. Google processes analytics data in the United States and the EU. If you are in the EEA or the UK, this is a transfer outside your region; it relies on Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Your form submission itself is read by our staff in Dongguan.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Ask through the contact form with “Privacy” in the message. We do not charge for this.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to ask us to restrict it, to receive your data in a portable form, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Our legal basis is legitimate interest for answering enquiries, contract performance once you place an order, and consent for analytics cookies.
If you are in California, we do not sell personal information and have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to how we use existing enquiry data will be emailed to the address you gave us.
